A journey with no destination
Wishing you the best for this new year. Lots of good energy and creativity.

The latest work of 2020 in the studio has been this large black and white canvas, Jeopardy.
A woman riding a calm tiger while trying to balance different everyday items. An ode to the state of alarm intrinsic to the human being, that person who once stopped hunting animals for food and protection, and focused these qualities (alarm, danger perception, etc) on more banal problems, to the point of worrying about really stupid things in modern society generating anxiety and other mental issues
Sometimes we find predators and danger where there are none and worries where we don't need them.
Moberg Gallery just opened a new collective show, SWAY, curated by Jason Woodside. I’m happy that this great shows are becoming a tradition now. Feels so good to be surrounded by all these great talents.

My first book, Today is Tomorrow's Yesterday is finally at the studio, it’s been a long journey since I started the crowdfunding campaign with Slanted Publishers. Where this project was just an idea.
Thanks to all the backers who supported the project, the book became a reality and I cannot be more excited to have this book in my hands now.
In case you don’t know anything about the project, this book is a selection of pages from my sketchbooks and diaries. Loyal friends who’ve been with me in every trip and different moments of my life. Find more information here
If you’re interested in the book and you couldn't catch it during the crowdfunding campaign it is also available at my online store now
I’ve been working on these new ceramics, where I wanted the shapes to be irregular, like my drawings.
It’s the first time I put text on them too. Thank you to Bas Barcelona for the help, they are all available at Limited Editions
I made these editions of Riso prints based on paintings and screen prints I did in the past: Bodegón con Langosta and Sunday Morning
It’s the first time I do risograph prints, I’m very excited for the colors and outcome, I can’t wait to make some new designs playing with the transparency effects.
Thanks to Drucken3000 studio in Berlin for making them with love. You can find them here
I’m updating my print works, with two re-editions on risograph and this black and white screenprint of my Horse and Vase painting. Find them at my online store here!
Filmmaker and photographer Mike Chaney from Wappato is making a great magazine showcasing different artists in Barcelona: Casual Magazine.
He came to the studio while I was working on the Magic Siesta installation, here you can see some of the photos from that day and a cool video.
He’s crowdfunding the project, you can support the magazine and show some love here
Super anxious to announce my first book ever: Today is Tomorrow’s Yesterday.
A collection of selected pages from my personal diaries/sketchbooks.
This project that has been in my mind for years and today is finally seeing the light thanks to the mentoring program launched by Slanted Publishers in association with Kickstarter.

It is a crowdfunding thing so that means the book will not be produced until we reach the goal (fingers crossed) so we’re calculating around August-September for it to be done and shipped to the backers in case we make it.
Catch the early bird offers while they last and find many other ways to support this project if you like it. Muchas gracias!
Dreaming of flying.
